It is a very good location. Not far from market, restaurants and beach. Glad we picked this apartment.

I find that paying $27aud per person for swimming pool was the down side but the pool was really nice though.

smaller as expected, being European size the couch was too small and shower also very small, but all functions working correctly

The view was beautiful, the unit was very modern and comfortable. The location was amazing, and the host was very accessible. Loved the view of the city and the sea from the sunrooms and balcony.

It wasn't clear where the full sized towels were, so we struggled to use our rags and face towels to shower. We ended up finding them when we did our final sweep of the unit. The couch was stained a bit, which was enough to cause our avoidance of using it to sit on. Overall, nothing that couldn't be fixed with some cleaning or a new couch, and it did not affect our opinion of the facilities. It was overall a very good experience.

The layout is very strange. There’s a TV, but no proper place to sit and watch. The room has no AC! So I can’t really close my door as the air need to go through from the living room. No reception!!! I thought this was a hotel when I book, so I could just drop off my bag at reception, but there wasn’t one. So I didn’t even know how to check in at first, until I check my email which just sent to me 10mins after I was looking for the entrance.
