Good communication.

A few minor things that could be helpful. Whilst the property has a washing machine, there was nothing to hang clothes on to dry or a dryer. There were LED lamps in the bedroom but no batteries anywhere to power them. Up to date brochures would have been great.

"Conveniently located, well-equipped and well managed apartment."

Lovely apartment, in a good location - close to the river with easy access to Osijek. The host was great - meeting us at the apartment to handover the keys (although self check-in is obviously available).

The bed mattresses are *very* soft indeed. If this is your thing, great, but I would generally prefer a firmer mattress. The only other (minor) niggle is that we couldn't get Netflix to work on the SmartTV (but this wasn't really an issue - we weren't really worried about watching TV).
