Close to Lytham, Blackpool, Ribby Hall & BAE

This was possibly the cleanest property I have ever stayed in, not a speck of dust anywhere. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet, all decorated to a high standard. There is a garden at the back with a barbecue. Though situated on a main road the house was surprisingly quiet. The sofa bed, once we worked out how to open it out, was comfortable for one person and adequate for two. The two double beds upstairs were very comfortable. There is a Tesco Express two minutes walk from the house. Blackpool pleasure beach was a twenty minute drive away.

There was an issue with parking, someone was parked halfway across the driveway. I was told that this is unusual and would be investigated further. The drive had just enough room to park my Ford Focus. There is ample space for on-road parking.

House was beautiful, had everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 children. Garden was amazing. Driveway for car and easy driving distance into blackpool. There is a cafe right across the road for breakfast and plenty of restaurants, takeaways and pubs right beside and all around about. Also a morrisons local shop a few minutes walk. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Sarah was an amazing host and provided information very well. She was always available on the phone for any query. The house was immaculate and had every facility and more for a comfortable stay, attention to detail was 10/10. I would definitely stay again and happily pay more for my stay there. Thank you for a great experience.
