I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We ended up having to drive 3 more hours for another place to stay. Finally at 9:00 pm I received an email notifying me that the house had a plumbing issue and they were cancelling my reservation. Evolve travel is terrible and Expedia books for them. They could have at least found us another place to stay. There were 6 of us which isn’t easy to find accommodations for that many people.
