Check-in is free from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. After 7:30 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays, there is a €30 charge payable when you pick up your keys. Outside these hours, we can only hand over keys if you have completed the online check-in (otherwise it will be considered a no-show), and the total cost of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute reservations may be subject to a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours (until 7:00 p.m.). The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Comodidad y precio justo, destacar los utensilios de limpiezas para mantener todo limpio ,también jabón para la lavadora e incluso para fregar cacharros lo agradecí ,fuimos con un niño de 6 años y súper seguras puertas y ventanas

Relacionado a lo ofrecido por el anuncio del piso, sólo la piscina. Decir que el conserje ha sido muy amable y los vecinos educados.

En general ha sido un desastre para resumir. Lo principal el piso estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que comprar desinfectante y productos de limpieza para higienizarlo. No hay parking, así que no deberían decir en la publicación que el parking es gratis, para colmo, la señora de Fincas Arena me dice que lo que quieren decir en la publicación es que es gratis en la calle... increíble. Los ventiladores no funcionaban, además que tenían una capa gruesa de suciedad. La tela del mueble de la terraza estaba roto, así como el cajón del armario de la terraza. Para rematar piden 150 euros de fianza, por si acaso dañas algo... de un piso ya de por sí dañado, que no se debería poner en alquiler vacacional. Señores de Booking deberían verificar que los pisos que ofrecen cumplen un mínimo para que vuestros clientes tengan vacaciones decentes. No lo recomendable en absoluto

Tv had no English channels , people above very noisey early in morning. Place could do with a make over over all won't be back.
