Mimpi Villa - Gili Air

The property is gorgeous, in a perfect location and very modern. However there was mold and algae growing on the bathroom tiles. We asked a man to clean it and he did but it was still there afterwards, I assume it’s stained the tiles and the smell has soaked in to every thing. The bean bags were also a bit moldy but what can you expect when they’re sitting outside in the rain and things. Overall it was a good stay, just not the moldy smell

We really enjoyed our stay at Mimpi Villa. Its beautiful, central area, very close to harbour. It is very spacious, very clean. What we enjoyed the most is the private pool.

The villa is spacious and very clean. The location is great and right next to the main street. Staff was very helpful with organizing some special requests we have made.

By far the best villa we have ever stayed in! Location is great, coming back to your own pool is amazing and the staff is top notch! Will stay here again if we come back!

The villa exceeded expectations. There were only two of us and we used to extra bedroom as a dressing room so it was very spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was powerful compared to other things places. The outside area was perfect for pool days with a decent sized pool and outdoor kitchen for making drinks and snacks. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us. One night we had a torrential downpour whilst out having food and one of them ran to the bar with umbrellas so we could keep dry walking home! The villa is well located and can be reach easily from the harbour, with cases, without the need of a horse and cart. There are plenty of eateries within 5 minutes walk and even more within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Villa Mimpi.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I can imagine that having only one bathroom might be problematic if another couple were staying.

The breakfast was a little haphazard.
