Pyykinpesukone ja kuivuri plussaa. Tarpeeksi tehokas ilmastointi. Pieni yhteinen uima-allas ja aurinkotuolit. Huoneisto tilava ja siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Kommunikointi selkeää ja aktiivista. Julkinen liikenne toimi hyvin, koska huoneisto ei ollut ihan keskustassa.

Pikkujuttuja kuten huoneistossa ei ollut leivinpaperia. Myös viereiseltä suht vilkkaalta tieltä kuului vähän meteliä, tosin ei haitannut meitä.
