Alles wie beschrieben. Moderne Einrichtung, tolle Betten, sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, jedoch funktionell. Die steile Treppe in den ersten Stock ist nicht zu unterschätzen, für fitte Menschen jedoch kein Problem.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war anfangs sehr gut, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Da das WIFi leider überhaupt nicht funktionierte, mussten wir intervenieren. Trotz Reset und Restart änderte sich nichts. Mal 30 Sekunden Empfang, das war’s dann wieder. Nachdem ich den Vermieter auf die diesbezüglichen, vorgängigen Reviews ansprach, hat er sich ins Wochenende verabschiedet 😳. Für all jene, welchen ein funktionierendes WLAN wichtig ist, Hände weg! Wir haben den Aufenthalt dennoch sehr genossen, waren ob des abrupten Kommunikationsabruchs einfach etwas irritiert.

A friend and I stayed in the accommodation for two nights. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to the market halls and close to the departure point for the ferries to the islands and loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. Communication with José was very good, he answered all messages quickly. We loved the terrace area. Perfect for chilling with a book and for an aperitif before going out to dinner, and from the sun terrace at the top you could see storks on their nests, a first for me. The beds were very comfy.

The internet was a bit of a pain, it was ok for sending a quick email but not for much else. We did contact José and restarted the router but it didn't seem to make any difference. The other thing that was a bit odd was that neither of the downstairs and upstairs bathroom/toilet doors would actually shut at all.

The walls had mold on them. The internet only worked on day one of our 5 days. There were no instructions on how to use the appliances. Only 3 wine glasses. The wine opener broke. We ran out of toilet paper. I tried to contact the owner but could only leave a message. I never received a return call.

house was great, and the owner very nice and helpful. Everything you need is available close by the best place we have stayed in olhao.

Amazing location - really close to marina and old town center, the small street was just charming. The outside patio was lovely, we really enjoyed hanging out there in the evening. Host also provided sun umbrella what was really nice touch.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, it wasn’t an issue for us, but might be a littile bit inconvinient for longer stay.

Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, top gelegen nahe der Fähren und der Promenade - und doch weg vom Trubel. Die zwei Terrassen sind super, es fehlt dort höchstens ein kleiner Esstisch, da es im Wohn-/Essbereich eher dunkel ist (im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich ein Plus). Die Betten sind bequem. In der Küche hatte es viele Utensilien und Salz. Es gab Strandtücher inklusive Sonnenschirm.

Der Nachbars-Hund auf der gegenüberliegenden Terrasse bellt oft und laut. Die Räume und das Bad sind sehr klein, bei 4 Leuten wäre mir das zu eng.

Location is superb. Minutes walk from harbour and restaurants and shops. Beds were so comfortable and the terraces are great..

Stairs up to first floor are very steep so wouldn’t be very suitable for people with any mobility issues. It wasn’t a problem for us..
