"The staff is friendly. Near to the Golden Temple is helpful. But the room needs little more minimum"

Asked for advance money after booking to reserve the room on the day of check in. On the day of check in, they said room is not available as we had to let them know if we are going to check in after 12 PM Noon even after paying the advance. Having worked in hospitality sector with a hotel company, this is the first time I have heard of such a logic. Very unreasonable logic and pathetic display of affection towards their customers
