A brilliant holiday house, as described/photos, very clean, fresh and comfortable throughout. Great location with off road undercover parking right outside. We would not hesitate to book again/recommend to anyone visiting the area. Very prompt and friendly communication with the host.

The size of the property and the comfort of it and very close to town centre plus parking.

I found it strange that there were no instructions or information on any items in the house, nothing on central heating or how any equipment worked. Didn’t find the house cleaning to be 100% big cobwebs in the loo downstairs plus the oven did look that clean and there was a very used scourer / sponge in the kitchen sink area which also was not that clean. Such a shame nothing was said about the outside cushions as they obviously got wet on Thursday/Friday but we were not advised if they should be put away so we left outside. Such a shame as they get spoilt.

We were very impressed with the exquisite cleanliness of the property, seeing that pets are allowed. We did not expect the house to as immaculate as it was. This was a very pleasant surprise. The house is well equipped with all the essentials of an AirBnB. As we enjoy home cooked meals, rather than eating out, the kitchen had everything I required to make a 3 course meal. The property lends itself to be a lovely quiet sanctuary while being on the cusp of a main road. The proximity of the property into the town centre can't be beat. Kathryn has been a super host, being contactable, and quick to respond when we required her assistance. We will DEFINITELY BE back to stay.

Lovely clean house very near to centre. Nicely decorated felt very homely. Well equipped kitchen. Nice little courtyard garden. Kathryn was very responsive to messages. Very good host we were able to arrive early and use car parking space until property ready and on departure Kathryn gave us a later check out so could enjoy the morning in Bury St Edmunds which is a gorgeous city. We would definitely return here.

The location of the property was amazing. The property fresh and clean. Beds super comfy. Easy to access.

Milk/Bread on arrival would be good or welcome pack. I understand it may be cost effective but can go along way especially when travelling late.
