Hotel 10 Extended Stay

The front desk girls were the only bright spot.

The wifi was horrible! I could not use the wifi for any of the 3 days I was there. Even the security guard who lives at the hotel said his wifi never works. I called and they said that it was a problem, but it was. The shower knob was broken. There were little ants everywhere in the bathroom area. Couldn’t purchase drinks onsite so I was dehydrated. The neighborhood is reported as unsafe so walking to the store wasn’t an option. Apparently the area is drug ridden and prostitutes frequent this hotel. That was obviously not a warning received by the property. Also had no courtesy toiletries.

Good location right in the middle of everything nothing was too far , closest condiment store had hot food for Cheap, room was clean, front desk staff was friendly , pool was open and nice patio area with lights and plugs definitely a plus.

My only complaint was no microwave in the room

Everything was excellent. I had zero problems during my stay. There's really nothing more I can say, that I haven't already said.

The door locks/room keys, needs more maintenance done to it. The locks kept breaking or malfunctioning a lot, and not just for me, but also for the other guests staying on that side of the hotel as well. At one point, the management team had to send out a broad message, to the whole right side of he hotel. Stating that all guest had to transition to the left side of he hotel, where the locks on the doors works well... other than that. Everything else we excellent.

As always, my stay was great ,employers very helpful.,clean no trouble will be booking again.I stayed whennit was The Wyndham
