The flush of the toilet did not work whilst I was there at night. The next day I was working so they couldn’t attend to fix it. The shower head is very old and the water sprays out in spurts and it hurt my body. The water also didn’t stay hot for very long. It seems like from the reviews they have a toilet and water issue that they haven’t fixed. The staff were rude via WhatsApp. Nobody sent any details for my check in until close to my arrival and then he replied in a rude manner saying they have been booked for one week and “we are not a hotel” . I’d spend my money elsewhere especially because I am a woman and I couldn’t use the flush for the toilet for two days. There were ants as well in the toilet. The smoothie machine was broken when I also mainly booked it to make my fruit juices.

It was centrally located and it felt like a safe area.

The bedroom is VERY small (not like the photos) and it could have been cleaner. The pillows were flat -almost non existent. The shower head was broken - you get a small spray of water all over the place except on you. The spiral stairs is VERY STEEP and DANGEROUS. We didn't have running water for almost 24 hrs and were told that Mexico has a water problem. The place gets VERY hot mid day. You hear very laud fireworks every day - throughout the entire day. The bedroom is bright all night with the lights across the street - thicker curtains should be provided for both, heat and light.
