Great location. Very spacious apartment .

As advertised. Very clean, good facilities, great views

The only thing would be the lack of UK tv channels - but that’s being fussy.

How quiet my apartment was as requested and how accommodating the staff were.

In general you'd feel like being at home while living in this property. You will find a few bottles of drinking water and a bottle of a'la prosecco wine, salt, sugar, most of the spices you'd need to prepare food. There's also a capsule espresso machine with a few capsules for arrival coffee. In general, kitchen is equipped with everything for even daily food preparation (breakfast, lunch, whatever). If you need to clean (e.g. after spilling something), there's stuff for cleaning. There's a beach umbrella and beach towels if you'd like to go to a wild beach. Really, everything you'd need is there waiting for you clean and ready. There's no aircon in the property, but the ceiling fan does its job well. Wifi is good. The area is quiet. The terrace is spacious and has all you'd expect (two sunbeds, table and chairs). The view from it is very good (Teide on the left, Montana Roja in front, ocean on the right) - as the terrace points eastwards, you can have spectacular sun rise every day, sunbathing is possible up to around 4pm (in October) - then the sun hides behind the building. There's a shopping center with a grocery store and other kind of shops, along with some nice pubs and restaurants in a walking distance. After walking a bit more you can get to Los Abrigos for a morning baraquito with a sandwich in a coffee and some fresh fruits and vegetables in nearby fruterias, also there are plenty of nice sea front restaurants located at the city bay.

It was a bit hard to find a parking spot just next to the building if arriving after 9pm, but there was always some free place no further than 100-200 meters away.

Apartment equipped with absolutely everything needed, there was nothing that could not be found to have an excellent stay. Very large terrace, superb view of the sea, mountains, sky. We didn't sleep on the sofa but the bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet, safe and pleasant. Customer service is awesome.

Very difficult to find a parking space, the property being located quite far from the main attractions, it is recommended to rent a car.

Clean apartment in quiet location, 5 minute walk to shops & restaurants. Pools never too busy.

Great apartment that catered for our every need. Quiet with views. We have stayed in this apartment block before. Bus stop 50m and situated next to golf green, with 2 pools and restaurant. Shops / restaurants, 8 minutes walk, with a well stocked supermarket.
