There was nothing to like the owner does not answer their phone

The host of this unit did not answer their phone after making a booking and paying

Nothing.

Everything.

I had a very bad experience. I’ve booked and for me to get the keys for the property I booked it was a mission The host asked me to come to her house to fetch the keys only find the keys are at another location I had to drive there just to get the keys I had an appointment to go out in the evening but I missed my appointment because I was busy running around trying to get keys . They were very disorganised and very unprofessional I regret so much for booking with Siena Sun .

There was no proper utensils, clean pots or dishes. There are coacaroches the oven was dirty. Some of the vanities were broken. The security guards just randomly wanting to enter because they know we had booked. We encountered a few technical problems like the TV and Wi-Fi

It was big for a group of ppl i like everything abt it
