Boas condições e boas áreas da casa

Desde que a casa é e entregue. Existe 0 de resposta do alijamento! Ninguém apareceu para fazer o check out, conforme combinaram. Já enviei várias msg pelo booking e já tentei ligar para o alojamento pq necessito de fatura.. desde há 2 meses e sem sucesso.
