Location was good

Had to phone because the code on the email was wrong, Shower was awful, scolding hot one minute then cold! The area outside the back door had rotting food waste and was generally a mess

The location was okay, I should have done a bit more research, as with hindsight I would not have chosen this location. Distance to city centre and area not the greatest.

The property was in a poor state of repair, blind missing in the Lounge window, signed of damp, smell and visible. Dustbin was full and we were unable to dispose of our waste adequately. Blind broken in the back first floor bedroom. Sockets and smoke detectors covered in black tape, tiles missing on the kitchen floor and standard of cleanliness was not what I would have expected.
