The issues I would like to complain about are related to cleanliness: 1. The fans in every room were not cleaned — there was thick dust on them. 2. The bathroom in the master bedroom was clogged when we showered (I didn’t manage to take a photo). 3. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled of urine and it was still wet, as if someone had just used it within the last 5 minutes. 4. Overall, the unit was not clean because there was a lot of dust that was not swept. Please check all your units, as it seems the cleaners you hired are not doing their job properly. Every guest pays a cleaning fee, so we expect the unit to be clean. Thank you.

Absolute will repeat! the facilities are more than enough. Except the cooking one. But it has microwave. the cleanliness is 10/10. we really enjoyed our stay here as we can go to the waterpark with available access card. We had a very comfortable stay here. Worth every penny. Definitely recommend for your stay in malacca!
