The location was excellent, safe neighborhood and close to public transportation.

Only one working shower for 4 people.

El agua caliente solo dura cómo 8 minutos. No alcanza para todos los ocupantes. Las camas no tienen el juego de cama adecuado, ya que no son cómodos ni se ajustan y en general es imposible tener una cama bien tendida.

En la calle había un contenedor de desperdicios de construcción abarrotado que parece que tenía meses ahí dando un aspecto muy feo a la fachada del edificio

Close to transport links. Comfortable sitting/ dining area. Close to shopping facilities . Good master bedroom and en-suite. Situated in a pleasant district.

Second shower not usable, flooded the bathroom. Double bedroom had no space for clothes, no wardrobe or chest of drawers only a coat stand .Bed linen very poor. Dishwasher didn’t work. Not enough kitchen utensils :no bread knife, no egg cups. No instructions on how to work the cooker. Clearer instructions on how to exit the building on completion of visit were needed ( ie you had to unlock the main door but somehow return the keys to the flat). Unfortunately during our stay there we’re building works going on which resulted in an unpleasant sewerage smell in the entrance hall.

Great apartment. Some missing items. Lighting shall be enhanced

The property host met us at the property to give keys, confirm hot water, set up the wifi on my device, confirmed cleanliness, and offered any help we made need at that time and during our stay. Karen was extremely kind and generous.

There is a smell of sewer gas in the apartment. However, it was stronger in the shared hallways of the building. There was some maintenance going on and could have been a result of another unit.

The apartment is well designed, comfortable and well decorated. The master bathroom is quite spacious and kitchen has everything you need. The location is quite central in Salamanca, steps away from anything you need and want to visit in the city near the center (metro station mins away). It was a great place to stay for a family of 5 (grandparents, adults and baby). They provided a comfortable and well equipped cot which made a great difference for our baby's comfort and ours.

The apartment is dark even during sunny days, which might be so for most apartments in this area of the city. The rug in the living room smells like dust regardless of how many times it's vacuumed. The pans are old. I suggest to change them so food doesn't stick.

Location is excellent, very close to metro station, grocery stores. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. Area and the street itself is pleasant, apartment has a stylish interior. Communication is effective with the company.

Pillows are horrible (at least for our preferences): they are super hard, feels like being filled with stones :). Dealing with rubbish is complicated (not being fully aware of the respective rules in Madrid, which colour for what type of rubbish), particularly on check-out day: how to get rid of the different rubbish from the last morning (e.g. after breakfast) if containers are no longer available. We were 5 people and received a sole dish washer capsule and tiny bottle of dishwasher for the week. Same with soap: two mini soap bars for a week. Well, for this price this could be a bit more generous in my view.
