The asthetics of the property was really good.

Room owner is very helpful Caretaker Sanjay is great Rooms were excellent View was breath taking Kitchen items provided. Tea, coffee. Basic masalas and utensils Room was loaded with all the items required like barbecue appliance, microwave, induction heater Room lights and interior was amazing

Common pool was super dirty - no maintenance - insects were there in the pool Restaurants having very limited items, not flexible with food options Tuesdays restaurants remains closed Kids play area not maintained

The place was really hygienic and all the electronics were functioning properly. Caretaker was actively following up for lunch, dinner order reminders and was a very helpful and responsive person. Host was also available for queries time to time and overall the rooms had pretty good ambience and lighting

There was some issue with the water quality in the bathroom taps but the host clarified that it was happening for the first time and seeing the authenticity of the tone we understood that the issue had to do with society water storage and not the particular apartment rented

The cafeteria arrangements need to be more accomodative

It was a nice visit,the place was absolutely fabulous including the care taker but it hurts when we get to know that the place is quite far from the nearest station. The arrangement was mind-boggling, conversation with host was friendly, took the accountability to set up the room as per the convenient. Nice place for a getaway with family
