Serenity at Sloan's 1-BR with a Modern Twist

Very clean, perfect space, has everything you could need and more!!! I absolutely loved the area, plenty of bikes and scooters nearby, tons of resturants, bars and beautiful looking Sloan Lake with view of Denver and Colorado Rockys right around the block from here!!!! For my first trip to Colorado, I was blown away. And this was the perfect place to stay

There isn't a single thing I can mention, it was perfect.

Mostly as described. Bed was super comfortable and nice to have a washer and dryer. The company managing the company were responsive as we had a couple issues.

It wasn’t cleaned properly when we first arrived. We asked about an early check-in but were told the cleaners were there which was fine but when we arrived the bed wasn’t made, there were dirty towels and rubbish. They were very quick to come and fix this and also gave us a discount but it wasn’t too pleasant having to wait outside in the heat after a long flight waiting for the place to be cleaned after check-in time. We do appreciate this being sorted. Also, the neighbourhood was very run down and sketchy so this made us a little uncomfortable coming from another country. Not sure if this is normal

Nothing because they didn’t explain till I bought the weekend stay that there were people upstairs.

They waited to tell me that people were upstairs and didn’t clearly explain how the property worked. There is no thermostat in the basement and you can hear the people upstairs. So I tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t respond to me what’s so ever.

The place is clean, carpark is easy and the location is convinient. The stay is comfortable.

Not enough ventilation especially at the kitchen area. Just need a suction at the stove will be good.

The property was furnished nicely and very clean and comfortable. The photos are accurate and entry was without issues. All needs were met even down to coffee pods and condiments. I would recommend this property.

Location was ideal in a nice quiet neighbourhood that has recently undergone/undergoing a process of gentrification. The property has excellent access to the train station at the end of the road (<5minute walk) to taking you into the city centre. The neighbours are extremely friendly and approachable which made me feel very welcome. The property was well kept and clean and had great facilities such as the washer and dry which proved to be very useful and cleaning products were well stocked.

It was not clear that this was a basement apartment with locked adjoining doors to the other residency which meant you could hear other occupants through the door directly ahead of the main door. This was not a significant issue but somewhat made a difference to the atmosphere. Being a basement property there was also a lack of natural light as the only window in the property (in the bedroom), opens up to an access hatch. There was no thermostatic control so the property was set at a predetermined temperature. With the property being an Airbnb/similar, the usual tactics are implemented where a large cleaning fee is shown in the price breakdown but you are still expected to empty trash and run the dishwasher etc. As a tidy person this is normal practice anyway, and I know some will find it pedantic but I simply find it cheeky.

after some much needed time to focus and do reflection on myself after the loss of my father. This was the place that I was meant to do it. no one bothered me the persons that live in the unit above were very quiet as well as the location. I was able to walk to the park a few blocks away and not feel like someone was going to attack at 10 pm which is not normal in most places. I didn't have a car but the light rail was a five minute walk and getting around was just as simple as if I had a car. I only booked for 2 nights and if I knew it was this amazing I would have booked longer. and I will be coming back or looking for a place to rent in the same area it feels like a home and not just a regular rental home. plus the management were so professional and made sure that I was taken care of via email and that is nice to have. I would like for the management to know that your team is a very amazing that even I would come and work with this team. I have worked with lots of vacation management people and yours is by far the best. thank you for Making my stay one to remember
