Beauty on The Bay - Best location in Timaru!

Beautiful view and right in town! Very spacious and well kept apartment, would highly recommend!

"Beauty On The Bay" is a Completely Modernized Upstairs Unit in a late 1930's Art Deco Moderno Appartment Block. This unit block sits in The Bay Hill area of Timaru, this area & The Terrace have some of the most prized Real Estate in Timaru. The views over Caroline Beach are very scenic & the well maintained appartment block grounds & gardens below, make it very pleasurable to sit in the sunny unit & watch the "Passing Parade" of life. It's great for arvo sippers!!!. There are Restaurants & a bar very close plus the Main St shops are less than a 5 minute walk away. SUMMATION:- One of the TOP SPOTS in Timaru to stay in

ACCESS! As an upstairs unit there are 19 in total steps to navigate that are fairly steep & narrow. If you have NO MOBILITY PROBLEMS then it wont worry you, however if you are an elderly person or an ex Rugby Player, Netballer, Sports Person that has bad knees or an impairment walking, you might like to think again.

A fantastic location, the view from inside the unit is amazing. It's wonderfully presented.

the location was brilliant, the view was amazing and the apartment was warm, well maintained and clean. Very happy with the stay and would go back in a heart beat

Beautiful view, had some amenities like milk available. Use of the garage was great. Close to shops as well. Also the little brochure with instructions about bins etc was very handy. Also the welcome choccy biccys in arrival were sweet!

A lock on the bathroom door would be good, also the glass bedroom door is really hard to open and close so something to make that easier/a bit of crc maybe. The stairs up to the apartment were killer, a photo or warning would help others who may want to book.

Everything. The apartment has everything we need and a magnificent view and walking distance to shops & restaurants. The communication is excellent too.

Taking luggage up the stairs. However, that is just to say something as we were fully aware we would have to do this.

The best view from the window, great bar and restaurant located in a walking distance. The rooms are cozy and clean.
