Historic Log Cabin #14 at Horse Creek Resort

Loved the outdoor fire pit and the fireplace inside the cabin.

No complaints

Excellent location. Clean property. The house was more than we could have imagined. Would definitely stay again. There is a general store on property for essentials, including ice. The bar has a nice local alcohol selection and their breakfast burritos are a must have.

Beds are very firm. Optional mattress topper would be nice.

The fire pit is really nice but they only have metal benches so it’s not very comfortable, but that’s the only improvement we would have liked.

The beds were extremely hard but otherwise everything was wonderful.

No playground for kids

Tranquility, quiet and quaint. Rustic and modern feel to this spacious traditional cabin. Had all the amenities and more. The cabin is bigger in person than I was expecting. Was perfect for my family of 4 but would have easily fit double this capacity. Many extra cots are available. Outdoor space is huge tucked away from the rest of the seasonal campers. The campground was quiet and peaceful. Was close to all the attractions, yet tucked away off the main stretch. Two nice swimming beaches within 5 and 10 min away. Convenient stores within 5 minutes. Owners are awesome and accommodating.

It was very hard to think of anything. So, If the jacuzzi tub was just a soaker tub I would have been more likely to use it. And, The outdoor rug on the deck is deteriorating and due for replacement, bits stick to our shoes and feet and came in the cabin.

Beautiful with everything we needed for our stay.
