"Improvements required"

Meeting area in the kitchen. Parking better than expected Towels, beds ok.

Hot tub in an awful state, totally unusable. Garden overgrown and unkempt TVs did not connect to a satellite dish or ariel. Not all rooms had controls. Individual rooms had separate locks, leading to confusion. There are no clear instructions for older users. So, some facilities were unusable.

Great house, loved the hot tub, good for a group of families or friends. Spacious kitchen and separate living area.

Some minor things: dishwasher broken, not enough dishwasher tablets/tea towels/crockery for the amount of guests.
