Very old and not maintained, mentioned in past reviews. Host not active in communication and don’t even reply when have questions.

-improve on hygiene -provide more body wash as it is not enough for 4 person to stay for 5 days -slow revert

Location was at Imago which was very convenient. Apartment was spacious

Beds and sofa was worn out or lumpy and needs to be replaced. Lamp shades and some lights and wall switches were not functioning. Airconditioning in living room was not working. Aircon remotes also not working. Ceiling of 1 bathroom was completely covered in black mold. Bedding had some stains from wear and tear. Host was unresponsive when texting or calling, and took ages to get my deposit back. Also had to wait for the key despite letting them know a half hour early as instructed.

Host is responsive.

The condition of the unit is quite bad. Mouldy on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen tap is not in good condition, wobbly. The sofa is not in good condition. The entrance is termite infested , holes and cracks. I think the unit needs an upgrade as the advertised pictures doesn't match to the condition.

Location is value for money and convenient for shopping.

There were few shortcomings. Facilities and room interior are in need for major maintenance. Even the door knobs not working properly.
