Новый небольшой отель, внутри красиво, есть лифт

Предупредили заранее, что приедем в 6 утра, в итоге на рецепшене никого не было, пришлось ждать до 8. В душе были проблемы с горячей водой, не было мыла для рук, но были другие одноразовые туалетные принадлежности, также отсутствует душевая кабина и перегородка, поэтому после принятия душа вся ванная комната оказывается в воде. В номере были пакетики с кофе, вода, а также лапша быстрого приготовления, при этом никакого прайс-листа не было, только при выселении мы узнали, что оказывается лапша была платной. На завтрак с вечера выбираешь одно из 4 блюд, мы оба дня выбирали яичницу с багетом, так как остальные блюда были вьетнамской кухни. В первый день на завтрак принесли растворимый кофе, что было немного странно, так как у отеля есть своя мини-кофейня, во второй день никто не принёс его, когда мы спросили об этом, нам принесли кофе, но сказали, что это «комплемент», так как вообще пакетики кофе есть у нас в номере и видимо по их мнению мы должны были на завтрак пить его.

Le personnel nous a aidés avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte était délicieux et copieux. L’emplacement n’est pas trop éloigné du centre, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement par nous-mêmes ou de louer une moto pour visiter la ville. La chambre offrait une belle vue le soir. En somme, nous avons vécu une expérience formidable ici

Although the hotel is located quite far from the city center, it is still convenient to get around, and because of that, it’s extremely quiet - which we really liked. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were very attentive, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the sweet pastries and afternoon tea set. We truly liked this place

Nothing comes to mind – it was all good

Our favorite accommodation so far during our time in Vietnam. Everything was thoughtfully set up and beautifully decorated to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We will definitely recommend this place to others

The hotel is located in a quiet area, so we were able to sleep well at night without any noise from outside. One big plus was the beautiful view from our room. We chose Da Lat because we love this kind of atmosphere and feeling, and this place truly captured it. Breakfast was complete and delicious, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful. Afternoon tea was warm and came with sweet pastries. We really enjoyed our stay here

There was nothing I found disappointing

We were impressed by the breakfast and afternoon tea - both were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were also very friendly and supported us enthusiastically throughout our stay. The building seems newly constructed, so everything looked fresh and well-maintained. Our room was clean, fully equipped with all the essentials, and especially had a stunning night view

It was truly wonderful to book and stay at this hotel. We were completely satisfied with the service, staff, breakfast, afternoon tea, and the room itself. The moment we stepped into the room, we didn’t hesitate to extend our stay for another week. We will definitely come back here if we have the chance

Nothing, all good

The breakfast was simple but tasty and of good quality. The staff were lovely and attentive. The hotel's location is convenient for getting to nearby attractions, and what we appreciated the most was how quiet it was at night. After a long day of exploring, it was the perfect place to rest. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay
