Very clean and organised and situated in a great location with plenty to do for the family.

We stayed here for two nights over the bank holiday and had a fantastic time. The caravan was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. It had all the modern conveniences we needed, with comfortable beds and fresh, cozy bedding. The host was great—friendly and helpful—and the check-in process was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

The staff on the actual park site seemed grumpy and unhelpful. No activities seemed to be on. There was never anyone manning the activities counter so you couldn’t book anything. Only managed to go swimming once as they didn’t open on set days. It’s a shame because the caravan itself was lovely as was the host, but the site itself actually let it down.

Good communication with the owner, very easy check-in (and also got an earlier check-in, which was nice). Very clean, good location, also with a nearby bus stop that takes you straight into Great Yarmouth every 30 mins.
