1. location is quite good.

1. horrible soundproofing of the room. 2. a bar is just 5 meters away the room but not mentioned in the description, quite loud at one night of our stay. 3. The room is not what I thought that I booked. There are 90% of the pics are about the loft with sofa. But what I actually got is a tiny tiny room probably less than 15 sqr meters. If you provide different types of rooms, plz at least mark the pic, that is kind of deceptive.

The host is very nice and available for any request we could have. The room is lovely and about 10min walk from the city centre which is a perfect location. I would definitely recommend it to spend a great stay in Split.
