AMARILLA 202 APARTMENT

Het matras sliep heerlijk, het appartement was erg schoon, heerlijk balkon, alles aanwezig van keukenapparatuur (tosti apparaat, wasmachine, allerlei bestek, schone pannen) tot föhn, wasknijpers, zout. De locatie lag heel dichtbij een bushalte (de poort aan de voorzijde uit en je kon op de bus stappen om b.v. naar Playa de las Americas te gaan). Redelijk rustige ligging aan de achterzijde, voldoende parkeerruimte. De omgeving zoals tuin en buitenzwembad werden erg goed bijgehouden!

We hebben de eigenaar gesproken (hij is een erg aardige en betrokken man en wilde graag tips om te verbeteren). Die tips hadden we maar 2 waaronder: dat het prettig zou zijn om naast het bed een dubbel stopcontact te hebben voor zowel het nachtlampje als het opladen van je telefoon. En de handdouche die plots naar beneden glijdt fixen. Het gebouw is netjes onderhouden maar wel wat gedateerd waardoor het gehoriger is maar daar hebben we niet slechter door geslapen.

Está muy bien conectado con otros puntos de la isla. Con el transporte público hemos podido movernos por toda la isla sin ningún problema

Centrale ligging aande zuidkust, gratis parking vlakbij, zwembad.

Betje verouderd complex, veel hekwerk rondom, lawaaierige buren. Te klein en hard bed.

La terrazza dove ho fatto colazione ogni mattina; la casa è attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici; può sembrare poco rilevante ma il materasso per me era perfetto; il posto è silenzioso, c'è il parcheggio sul piazzale dietro dove c'è sempre posto. Casa tenuta bene e pulita, esattamente come da foto. Max gentilissimo e completo nel darmi le indicazioni per il checkin e checkout.

Sinceramente non ho trovato cose negative.

The flat is comfortable and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing, quiet holiday, including beach towels. Kitchen is fully equipped, there's a good sandwich maker and full fridgefreezer. There's even a washing machine, but I didn't go there :) Max is an exceptional host, very kind and thoughtful. Checking everything was ok at just the right times. When I arrived late into the night, it was a relief to have such detailed and visual instructions on how to get the keys and make my way to the flat. There was also water, which was a gift because I had forgotten. The terrace and air con are lovely bonuses. The pool is awesome! Very clean and quiet. Everyone was respectful and seemed like minded, just there for a relaxing time. The complex is secure and generally quiet. Transport is easy with a bus stop across the road for day trips. I even decided to take the bus back to the airport as it was so straight forward and a lot cheaper than a taxi (about €5). I could go on - the bed is so comfortable! The air conditioning is perfect! Not overpowering and easy to operate. I want to visit again!

It really is the silent coast! And that's fine because I was there for the sunshine, pool and relaxation, but this meant there wasn't a lot of choice for restaurants. HOWEVER, the flat is self catering and there's a supermarket next door and a bigger one down the road. I think because I was solo, it would have been nice to have a few more options.
