Everything was professionally done. The property manager was excellent in his presentation of the house and answered any questions that I had.

This home was amazing! I had a conference around the area and figured I'd make it into a little staycation with my SO as well. The location was pretty great, a bit out of central Houston, but there were plenty of great food options (which means a lot to me haha). It was in one of those semi-gated/private communities and felt very safe. I'm not sure what the one bad review was really all about, and I did ask the host about it because it was the only review, but it was also a lazy review which seemed like it was from a disgruntled person. Allegedly, the person said he was going to check out at 1 pm instead of 11 am, the cleaners at 2 pm told the host the guy was still there, and even at 9 pm when the host went over he was still there and told to leave immediately and charged for an extra day. Seems fair if true. I actually checked out at around 2 pm as well and didn't have any issues. The home had 4 bedrooms, king beds in each. Looks like all the furniture is new, and the beds have memory foam mattresses. There's also some lounge bed/couch thing that's memory foam as well, I imagine it could be used as a 5th bed. Honestly, everything is new, it must be a new listing, but the host is kicking butt. The kitchen is fully stocked with any type of cooking tool you'd need, and basics like oil, salt, etc. The restrooms all had cleaning supplies and extra TP and even women's hygiene things. They also had little hotel-style packets of toiletries stocked up. We didn't use the living room much but it seemed nice, dining table and island top sitting for 8-10 people. There was a big tv (downstairs and upstairs well), and space for maybe about 6-10 people to sit. Washer and dryer, with plenty of sheets and pillows, and towels. The shower was nice, had strong water pressure, and was the standing style. There's a large 2-car garage we didn't use.

One downside is that there were 3 cameras on the first floor for the living/dining/kitchen areas. The host said it was for liability because sometimes it's shared space, and also kitchen fires. I think you can pay a big deposit to have them removed for your stay, but I spend almost no time downstairs so I didn't care. There's also only one thermostat, which is upstairs, which is a very minor inconvenience. lol
