The room was very modern and clean,the tiolet and shower was very spacious.the pin system to get in and out was ideal so you would not have to trade keys.communication through wattsapp was very good with the owner and there was no issues throughout

Guest house like new. very quiet area and close to Coiltech which was very convenient for us. Owner suggested going to Lago Di Barcis which was beautiful . Also close to Piancavallo which we visited parking within the guest house. overall cleanliness if in the area we will visit again

breakfast was very basic. coffee, croissants & bisciuts

The beds were comfortable, the pillows we lovely, it was very clean. Very easy to get into the building. Ample parking. Breakfast pastries were delicious! Coffee was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

If I had to find something: we like to sleep cold, and after 1 Oct they don't have air conditioning. That being said, we brought a fan and opened the windows. (No screens on windows though). Thankful it was cool at night.
