WOW!! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Carola's home. She was amazing - and her space was incredible. Not only did she fetch us at the ferry and take us (and our very large suitcases haha) to her home, but she was kind, and made us feel right at home. She gave us great recommendations for beaches, closest stores, etc - and set us up with a car from Enrico (TWN car rental - highly recommend!). The apartment was clean, central, and spacious. The space had beautiful natural light and a large balcony to enjoy. The neighbourhood felt super local, and everyone was really friendly! There are 3 different beaches closer than a 15 minute walk. The kitchen was lovely - we cooked quite a lot and had everything we needed - and it led to one side of the balcony which was an extraordinary experience (cooking + eating + a view !!). We did drive to see other parts of the island which were way more busy and "touristy" - we were super happy we chose her place. Our favourite beach was Spaiggia della Ghiaie - although it is the closest to the city - it is actually spacious, calm, with crisp and clear water - and loads of little fishies!! We felt very taken care of and would love to return :)

Not much - everything was divine. We had one very small issue that Carola fixed quickly, and also spoiled us with her favourite coffee as an "apology" (we were very grateful).

"I would stay again with Carola."

Carola is a great host: She picked me up in the harbour and brought me my luggage there when leaving, there was a cold beer waiting in the fridge, she arranged a return ferry ticket for me & she answered all my questions. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, including cooking staples, and is on a good location; close to the harbour and a supermarket.

Some thicker curtains in the bedroom would be an improvement. Also maybe a little table on the balcony.

The city is amazing. The apartment offers a very good view of the city and also is very well of equiped! We felt like we are at home!

We liked everything. There is not a single thing that it was missing!
