Excellent communication. Superb accommodation, would highly recommend.

central location, very close to town centre. Clean and spacious accommodation.

Probably better for families or very close friends as bed downstairs only separated from rest of house by a curtain. Not a didn’t like - just info - my nieces loved that!

Very modern, very good for wheelchair access and use. Very good facilities and very hi-tech!

Arrival was made super easy. The location of The Old Hay Store is exceptional and within easy walking distance of everything you need or want. The accommodation is finished to an extremely high standard and is super comfortable. I would recommend a stay here in a heartbeat.

Very central location. It had everything we could possibly want. It was really good ha I g the downstairs bedroom and bathroom as my stepmother has a bad hip and stairs are difficult for her. The garden was lovey to sit in.

I liked everything about it. I can’t think of a bad thing.

Lovely property in a good situation near the market square. Close to shops and supermarket. Very private.

The bedroom downstairs has no windows and got rather hot as no window to open.

A beautiful place to stay. Comfy beds, clean and new throughout. Well stocked kitchen, with welcome goodies. I loved the coloured lighting inside! The house is 2 mins walk from the centre of Ely.

We were self catering. Coffee machine and some pods on site. Lots of lights and switches. Down stairs shower room was the best. Could have done with a plastic mug to take my tablets in the bath room. Lots of glasses were in the kitchen. Short walk to town. Waitrose near.

Only very very minor. The sink taps in the upstairs bathroom are the wrong way. The sink drain in the down stairs bathroom was fixed open so had to shave with a running tap. One or two ants in the downstairs bathroom. They probably lived there before the house was built so they have squatter's rights.

It has been converted to a very high standard and is very modern in an old building. It is very high tech and all the appliances and fittings worked well. As you would expect it was immaculate throughout. At another time of year one could sit outside in the enclosed space. The property is very centrally located with the City Centre,cathedral etc within easy walking distance. We do not have much experience of physical disability but the downstairs bedroom and bathroom looked ideal for someone with mobility issues. The Welcome Pack was very good also
