I am seriously disappointed with the behavior of the people from the Varios Mundos agency. They left me believing that the code to unlock the front door of the apartment was unique and changed for each client which turned out to be a lie. During the stay, a man entered the apartment, he unlocked the door without any problems using my code with some strange explanation. I immediately informed the agency Varios Mundos and got an explanation that the person came to fix something in the apartment and got some kind of apology, but I still can't understand that anyone is allowed to enter the apartment without notice.

Missing some shelves in the rooms and at the bathroom

Nothing. We were in the property 15 minuts, and we left. We had to book a hotel. We are trying to get a refund.
