I had a very disappointing experience staying at this villa. What initially seemed like a good deal quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal due to hidden and constantly changing extra charges. The pricing was completely non-transparent—new costs kept appearing without any prior disclosure, which felt outright misleading. One of the biggest concerns was the so-called *security deposit,” which seemed unreasonable and poorly documented. It did not feel like a legitimate or standard deposit, but rather an arbitrary charge imposed without clear terms. The management was uncooperative and failed to provide any proper explanation despite repeated requests. To make matters worse, they charged an absurd amount for a very minor stain on a towel—₹1200 per hand towel. Instead of treating it as a simple cleaning issue, they charged as if they were replacing the item with a brand-new one, not even considering basic dry cleaning. This is completely unreasonable and exploitative. Overall, the lack of transparency, unfair charges, and unprofessional behavior made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I strongly advise others to be cautious—this place seems more focused on extracting extra money than providing a genuine hospitality experience.
