I booked a room with terrace and mountain views but also because I wanted a room with an AC. Upon checking in I was ushered to a windowless room without AC on the ground floor. When I mentioned that I had been checked into the wrong room, the host said the guest in the room I booked had extended their stay and the room is unavailable. Well was this extension after I had booked the room, or before I booked the room? He blamed many factors including booking.com for the mix-up. I could not cancel the reservation because it was already late and I was too tired to starting looking for another impromptu booking.

La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, vraiment rien à redire sur ce point. + la dame qui s’occupe du Riyad est très gentille et serviable

En revanche j’ai été un peu gênée par deux aspects : le riad est un peu difficile à trouver, et il y avait du bruit le soir ce qui nous a dérangé

Un séjour inoubliable à Fès ! Zizou a été ultra-réactif à chacune de nos demandes, et Brahim, le responsable, d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une écoute exemplaire. Le riad, mariant authenticité marocaine et confort moderne, offre un cadre apaisant. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner copieux, le service aux petits soins et la dame de ménage toujours disponible et attentionnée. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette parenthèse magique : nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
