Jepun Villa 05 - One Bedroom without kitchen

Mucha humedad, no se podía respirar en la habitación, dolor de garganta con sabor a humedad!!! Las almohadas muy incómodas, dolor de nuca!!!! La verdad que no lo aconsejo. Se fue la luz durante muchas horas

Tudo bem cuidado, dormitórios enorme e local para desfazer as malas

everything is great in this accommodation. the location is perfect, distance walking till Thomas beach and have a good restaurant nearby.

maybe the hot water, didn’t have enough for two showers. and the water looks like bit salty.

Location

While I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, I feel it's necessary to share my experience. The room I checked into had a strong, overwhelming smell of mold — it was genuinely difficult to breathe. After stepping out for dinner and returning later, the air felt even worse. Out of concern, I inspected the bedding, and to my shock, I discovered a moldy mattress and pillowcase underneath the duvet. I was horrified. I immediately went to reception, and after some back and forth with the manager, I was moved to a different room. While the new room was an improvement, there were still visible signs of mold, particularly in the bathroom and on the walls. As a hospitality provider, there’s a basic expectation that the bedding should be clean and up to standard. This clearly was not the case. If you’re staying in Room 5, I strongly advise checking the mattress. In contrast, the mattress in the room I was moved too looked a lot fresher I also contacted the property agent and was told the condition was due to “wear and tear,” which I found quite dismissive. Overall, I would only recommend staying here for a maximum of two nights, and only for the convenient location. If you're looking for a long-term stay, there are definitely better options available.

Jepun location is awesome, you can basically walk to everything you need on your stay. The room is quite spacious. I was able to have my surfboard bag and boards spread out quite easily with room to walk around. The staff are really great and very helpful. There is a large workout/yoga area also. Minimal equipment but good for a stretch or some body weight exercises. Really great value for money.

The down fall to being in such a great location is a couple nights a week you will hear music from the nearby bars until just after midnight. The shower had little to no pressure. My room wasn’t cleaned in the week that i was there but im sure if you asked they would do it. They were very accomplished when i needed anything like extra towels etc.

We really really wanted to like this place however we felt the only thing going for it was the size of the room. There was also plenty of storage and the bed was comfy. The onsite staff were very friendly and approachable.

The bathroom constantly smelt of urine, unsure if this is a problem with the drains or not. Also the WiFi probably didn’t work for about half of our trip. We were advised to join another network that seemed to be working however this didn’t reach our room so didn’t solve the problem.
