Quality Inn & Suites Omaha Chalco

It was a comfortable stay. The room was nice. The pool was clean. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly.

The older guy i assume that works there(didn't wear uniform or name tag) was kind of loud and rude. And the halls and front desk area smelled of Marijuana in the afternoon.

It was clean and quiet. Checking in was easy Easy to get to from the interstate

I asked to be booked on the first floor because of climbing stairs and I received a room on 2nd floor. Breakfast was not that great. Pool was closed I was charged on my credit card by the hotel and the booking company. Did not know until I saw my credit card statement.

Nice, but eggs were very cold. Price was low.

TV remote was way too difficult to use and figure out. Eggs at breakfast were cold, - very cold. Trouble checking in, No record of our reservation (as best we could understand) communicating with staff very challenging. Charged different amount than listed on Booking.com. Lack of outlets on far side of beds. Bathroom was ridiculously small and poorly designed.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. The shower actually had water pressure which is so rare in a hotel.

The hotel is outdated. I know none of the hotels that offer breakfast do this, but serving later would be nice. 9 am when we are out on the town the night before is too early.

Nothing comes to mind when accounting for the price.

Expensive for the low quality. Lots of problems with the room from broken window shades to the overall worn down condition of the room. Water leaks in the hallway. No elevator.

The breakfast was poor and the morning staff was on their phone most if not all the time.

The location was good and the young man at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I always enjoy when breakfast is included!

There was NO elevator!!! I wish I had known that prior to booking because I would not have chosen this hotel! Since I was there on my own and struggled getting my luggage up and down the stairs alone since I have health issues and joint pain, etc. Also, there was a very heavy gross smell to the place that was difficult to deal with!! I also noticed that several places I touched in my room, handrails down the stairs, etc were sticky! Definitely a turnoff!!!

Clean rooms and were right next to each other...
