It’s a residential building with self-checkin, so no in person contact with the owners - Easy check-in instructions - Good location, easy to reach the waterfront within 10min by Grab (~5MYR) - Small gym in housing complex - Pool in housing complex - Comfortable bed - Quiet

I’d like to leave a better review but I have to point out the following: - Unfortunately musty and mouldy smell when we arrived which only disappeared after two days - Our clothes took on the smell… - Mould inside the bathroom (walls, joints, corners) -> please do some proper cleaning

1. Strategic location The location is very strategic and convenient, especially for getting around Kuching and visiting nearby attractions. 2. Clean and comfortable room The room was clean and generally comfortable for a short stay. 3. Easy check-in process The check-in process was simple and easy to follow. 4. Responsive and helpful owner The owner was very responsive and helpful. When I contacted him via WhatsApp, he replied quickly and assisted with the issue. 5. Suitable for short stay Overall, the place is suitable for a short stay, especially for those visiting Kuching.

1. Parking is expensive The most disappointing thing was the parking fee. Guests need to pay for parking themselves and the rate is quite expensive. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and the total parking cost was almost RM80. Future guests should be aware of this. 2. No proper mirror in the room There is no mirror in the room. The only mirror is inside the bathroom and it is very small and placed too low, making it difficult to see the whole face when getting ready. 3. No hooks or hangers There are no hooks or hangers in the room to hang towels, prayer garments, or clothes that have already been worn and need to be reused. 4. Pillows are too thin The pillows provided are too thin and not very comfortable for sleeping. 5. TV volume not working properly The TV volume was not functioning well. However, I contacted the owner through WhatsApp and luckily I received a very quick and helpful response from him. This made things easier and I appreciate the fast assistance.

The location is great. Convenience with eatery and laundry in the building.

Over night car parking on site is too expensive. It cost at least 23 ringgits a night. I stayed 25 nights! The owner of each unit has a allocated space! For some reason refused to give me his space. I found out a number of the spaces are listed out to the government hospital next door! Make sure there is a park space if you want to book the unit or any unit on the site. The owner does not provide fresh bed sheet or bath tower. He'll sell them to you as a new one. That' a tipical CHINESE!!.

Cockroaches everywhere, rude woman on the phone that hung up when trying to find a solution.

Apartament sam w sobie był bardzo przyjemny, czysty i komfortowy. Niestety dużym minusem była obecność karaluchów w pokoju. Pojawiały się bez przerwy, przez co musiałam je ciągle łapać, co zdecydowanie popsuło mi komfort pobytu.
