ESÈs un apartament reformat amb unes instalacions i distribució molt bona, destaca que te aire acondicionat i ventilador de sostre a totes les habitacions, i ventilació en tots els departaments, fins i tot lavabo. Ubicació molt bona, a tant sols uns 15' del centre i 5' del centre gastronòmic Victoria. Botigues i supermercats molt proxims al apartament.
Malgrat ès nou i amb condicions excelents, li manca una mica més de neteja. Es a dir, el terra, lavabo, habitacions....molt net però no han tingut cura amb el forn, i torradora... una llàstima doncs mensprea la resta que ès tot d'alta qualitat. A més, el detall que si ès un apartent reservat per a quatre persones, hauria d'haver-hi quatre gots. Tot i així, ès excelent.
