INI have done pre reserveve pay at property booking; after visiting property, we found it so much dirty so we refuse to stay. But they were telling us false things that if we refuse to stay after arrival at property then we are lible to pay panelty. They were trying to do froud with us. Very unprofessional, rude & extreme bad experience as they were arguing with us about panlty n all. Trying to fool us.
