We love the hospitality from this hotel, especially from Megumi-san who gave us a warm welcome (a group of 10). She has assisted me with professionalism when I reached out for help to recommend a clinic that can proceed consultation and treatment as I was down with a very bad cough before we checked into the hotel. And the clinic treated my symptoms so well and allowed me to recover timely prior to departing for Singapore (where we came from). Thank you Megumi-san and also the Hotel for the great stay and comfort given during our short stay! Will definitely book with the Hotel again.

管家服務很好，回答問題超快速，提供的備品應有盡有，環境乾淨舒服，離地鐵跟大超市都算近，大推家庭入住💓

我們入住有16人，廁所跟浴室都只有各2間，使用上會沒有那麼便利，需要分配跟錯開使用時間
