Caravan was very clean in a nice quiet spot. Towels and bedding were supplied. The owner was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. Good value for money.

I could feel the mattress springs through the mattress protector in the small bed and had to pack extra blankets underneath the fitted sheet to make it comfortable. Toilet seats need properly adjusting and tightening. Towel loop came away in my hand. Mostly minor problems.

Lovely caravan, went to visit family & didn't want to put them out staying with them as the lady is 96 😯 this made an ideal situation as we could visit them & give them their peace and quiet time.

The only thing was you couldn't set the shower temperature & it was boiling

Loved our stay at Chalet 40. The cleanest caravan I've stayed in, it was spotless, much cleaner than the one's you book direct through The Pearl themselves. We only used the master bedroom and found the bed very comfy. The caravan is at the top end of the park but just a few minutes walk to the pool and entertainment. The host was very friendly and helpful. I'd 100% book to stay again.

Really good caravan . A credit to the owner. Really enjoyed our stay . Would recommend to any family wanting a good time.

Great caravan on a lovely site. Quiet location at the back of the site which was ideal for us. Had everything that we needed in the caravan too
