Apartment inside had a distinct unpleasant ordour especially in the rooms and linen

Besides the view.... Nothing

1.The million and 1 details to fill in before arriving 2.R100 was deducted from my credit card account as a fee.....for what? 3.The host was v v rude in answering queries 4.The hype about the unit was NOT worth the money paid 5.the 2nd bedroom was like a matchbox size 6.The unit did not have a specific parking bay 7.The lounge suite is of a 3rd grade...and pulls apart forcing one to be careful of not falling down 8.The host refused me an extra hour stay on checkout and the staff started hounding us from 9am to want to come and clean up 10.Theres many better value for money places to stay in UMHLANGA......I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.... 11.PLEASE REFUND MY R100 TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD ON 16TH JANUARY BY NOOKONG.COM

Spacious, good view

We were not allowed to check out late even though we paid.

Great use of space and amenities like smart TV, washing machine and coffee machine. Very comfy beds and black our curtains for a good sleep. Amazing view of sunrise and sunsets.

Shower slightly leaking at the base in shared bathroom, creates puddles.

Security could not find the keys to the property, the apartment was not checked before - the TV remote was not working, there was no coffee pods, the internet as described on the welcome email mentioned a wifi that does not exist. The placement of the smoke detector directly above the beds did not make sense especially with its flashing light. The location is known for super cars revving and racing on the main road outside the apartment on weekends and the noise goes to all hours of the morning. So it would have been nice to know about the noise over the weekends The customer service was not great as no managers are available on weekends to assist with any issues and then on the Monday after issues were raised the contact staff did not answer any calls from us.

This building is the perfect stay when you go to Umhlanga 😊 It’s central, and the facilities are great. We enjoyed our stay.
