Fox Camp Farag

Just an awesome place to visit and mingle with the trourists and staff alike. The staff are experienced, low key and not trying to hussle you like alot of places in Egypt do to the poverty. I made sure i left a tip in the room and also to the fellow who made me coffee .

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Gebirge ist fantastisch. Das Frühstück war frisch und gut aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Bungalows einfach ausgestattet aber ausreichend. Fußweg zum Katharinen Kloster und den Wanderweg zum Mosesberg, sowie zu den Restaurants des Dorfes. Die Beduinen des Camps sind sehr hilfsbereit. Alle sehr relaxt sicher auch durch Hilfsmittel....;¬ Im Januar war die Elektroheizung bei 0 Grad ausreichend, um den Raum angenehm zu heizen.

Kein WLAN in der ganzen Unterkunft. Anreise für Individualtouridten wie uns nicht einfach durch Polizeikontrolle 10 km vor dem Camp. Hier ist es ratsam vorab ein local Taxi zu organisieren. Kontakt hierzu kann ich gerne bereitstellen.

Le matelas un peu dur, la vétusté des installations

Super petit déjeuner. Super emplacement au pied de la montagne, vue sur les étoiles. Et très belles installations, arboré, décoration naturelles (roches...). Personnel très à l'écoute et sympathique (Hamdi). Ambiance agréable avec le salon commun autour du feu le soir. On se sent bien.

No basic toiletries in the bathroom at all. The kitchen in the room was missing basic cutlery, etc. The rooms at night get very cold and one electric heater even though big, wasn;t enough.
