Newmore Highland Pods with Hot Tubs on NC500

The location. How lovely the pod was itself, modern interior. The small welcome basket was lovely. Everything you needed was there. All you need is a small grocery shop in and you're all set.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Was truly lovely

Location was fantastic, very quiet and pretty with every pod having a lovely view of the pond. It was very easy to find being only a very short drive from the A9 so was the best of both worlds. It was also lovely to have some milk and some treats left for our arrival. The pod was deceptively spacious and plenty of room for two adults and two kids for a couple of nights. The accommodation is clean and nicely decorated and I thought the layout was perfect. There are plenty of hooks for towels etc, and some drawers and shelves in the bedroom. The sofa bed is a great use of space and easy to pull out and put away again. We loved the hot tub especially on the clear calm nights we were lucky enough to have, and could tell this was maintained well. I found the instructions and tips on the app/website really useful, and we visited one of the recommended places, black rock gorge which the kids loved, plus ordered from one of the local take aways listed. We didn't use the BBQ hut but had a nosey and looked very cosy with all the accoutrements needed. All in all we had a relaxing stay and would definitely return.

The only thing I would say is it was a very icy night the first night we were there and the patio area was very slippy when exiting the hot tub due to splashed water (kids!) I don't know if maybe some rubber matting from the steps to the decking might help on colder nights with this.

Nie mam pojęcia od czego zacząć! Miejsce dość daleko oddalone od zgiełku miasta, cisza, spokój. Obiekt perfekcyjnie czysty, naprawdę nie ma się o co przyczepić. Małe prezenty jak mleko czy maska na buzię bardzo mnie rozweseliły. Nikt nie przeszkadzał, nie zaczepiał i ta cisza. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić te miejsce a właścicielowi którego osobiście nie poznałam, tylko przez smsy też dziękuję za informację jak dojechać i przedłużenie doby aż o 2h

Had everything we needed, great hot tub

Only ask would be for a light outside for the hot tub.

There was some really nice touches like fresh croissants waiting for our arrival along with some milk in the fridge some crisps a few face masks which was really good of them

I liked pretty much everything was clean the owners were really nice and done a good job

What an amazing location and surroundings. Everyday we went on a little adventure because the wilderness offered so many lovely walking paths. We were welcomed with homemade croissants and a few essentials. As we went during the winter months the hot tub was ready for our arrival so we could enjoy immediately. We loved that it was so private even with other visitors we felt we had our own space. The pod looked onto a little pond which was amazing and the scenery was perfect for relaxing time in the hot tub. The pod had everything that you could ask for. The hosts were amazing always made sure that the hot tub was perfect and we were enjoying our stay. There are BBQ facilities available but suspect this would be over the warmer months. But the kitchen is well equipped to make those special delicious meals.

Great location and place

Excellent communication from before we arrived with an everything we needed to know from touch stay with all the amenities & fab places to go. Also their site alone listed everything we would need for glamping, we took 3 dogs and two young children who loved the double pull out bed and the pups were very welcomed at the pod with dog bowls and dog biccies on offer when we arrived. The pod itself is lovely, clean and well thought out especially with the hot tub in its enclosed garden and a table on the decking. All in all a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you to our lovely hosts who had us you where the best!!

Their was nothing we did not like but could have done with a broom to sweep up after my kids as they kept on dragging grass in from going to see the chickens and the ducks all the timeeeeee 😂😂😂
