A large well presented apartment near buses going to historical centre.

Had to climb 2 flights of stairs Noise- although reasonably quiet at night with shutters closed, it was noticeable in the morning (particularly the motorbikes) Parking on the street is virtually impossible but you can find parking in Via dell’ Arsenale which is 10 to 15 minutes walk away, depending on how far down the street you park.

Byliśmy w dwie pary lokalizacja podobała nam się ponieważ lubimy eksplorować miejsce w którym się znajdujemy tak naprawdę to 20 minut do centrum .Blisko do sklepów i kawiarni .Właściciel przywitał nas miło. Na ulicy można zaparkowac co jest bardzo dużym plusem.

Jeden pokój i jedna łazienka była zadbana czysta łóżko pościel bez uwag natomiast druga łazienka wymaga dużej poprawy jeżeli chodzi o kabinę prysznicową wymaga całkowitej wymiany. Trudno mi napisać że obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania z uwagi na jedną łazienkę

Very clean bright and cosy appartmant in nice part of Palermo, walking distance to the main street and city atractions, perfect comunication with owner...😀

It can be noisy from outside trafic, but you can alvays close the balcony door...

outdated and location was about 15 min to far away from main attractions. Relatively expensive for the location (but further out centre)

The apartment is great. You can reach the city center on foot. Mondello beach is also nearby, and you can get there by bus.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Palermo and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very spacious, featuring a separate bedroom, a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and two lovely small balconies. Everything was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. ​ Location is excellent—just a few minutes from the bus stops, right next to a large supermarket, and surrounded by everything you might need. The neighborhood feels very safe, and you can reach the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. ​What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the host. He is incredibly kind and pleasant—we would honestly come back just because of him! Highly recommended.

Jedna z łazienek piękna, czysta dopiero co wyremontowana. Cicha dzielnica, blisko na przystanek autobusowy ok 20 min spacerkiem do ścisłego centrum.
