El Karma Beach Resort & Aqua Park - Hurghada

The resort is lovely, the staff were amazing. The food was very nice, including the restaurants on site. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They accommodated every request that I had.

The reception staff need more customer service training as some came across rude.

You get exactly what it says only. The Chinese restaurant was excellent, and we didn't mind paying the extra €20 for wine to wash it all down.

All inclusive food and drink was very repetitive. Everyone saves sun loungers early every day. The pool tables are pretty rubbish. Closed the pool at 1815 everyday and not at sunset.

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful. Everything about the resort is acceptable . Room is pretty large ,clean,and well equipped and comfortable.thanks for HK staff absolutely outstanding. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.very pleased with my stay. Overall, resort is acceptable as report quality product/ service, however it requires improvements

-Front desk is so slow,requires improvement in terms of customer support and problem solving. -There is no internal phone book list in our room, ext. 0 is always busy what if we have an emergency?? - There is no a good coffee,only one automated machine available in terrace bar that I consider OK,however it is out of order and breaches safety rules (photo att. )for few days hasn't been fixed yet. "Thanks to Youssef Mahmoud,he goes an extra mile to offer us a good espresso -Resort is faraway from centre about 40 minutes by car -tidal current is so effective for a long distance on the beach.

Old furniture, bad cleaning services, miserable food quality and restaurants

The staff are very cooperative, Aqua park was perfect, multiple swimming pools, Chinese restaurant was excellent, site is neat and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Hani (Front Disk) & Mrs. Alaa (Guest Relations)

Food required more variety. Animation team is new required to be more active, practice more and recommend to add comedy segment in the show. No internet available in the room, internet available in the lobby with additional charge.
