Veranda and garden needs a tidy
GBGBGBLocation very good, we stay on the park 4 times a year.
This caravan was disappointing compared to other vans we have stayed in, plus a dog charge, patio area was dirty and untidy. Grill not working plus TV was annoying to watch there mouths wasn't in sink when people spoke.

The seating on the pull out bed was broken been reported before still not fixed.Cooker not working properly, engineer said it should be replaced. Had to eat out more than we intended, Lack of cooking trays, why did they have 8 frying pans.Tv and wi-fi not working for the first two days. Not checked before we went in as wires not in the right places. Shower door not working properly. Refrigerator shelve in the door broken. Mattress’s past their best . Advertised as a sea view not really, very limited, no beach access close bye.
IQA really quiet residential. Sea veiw was fascinating.
GBQuiet and private area (no shop, no entertainment area in the park). Lovely view Furnished well (big fridge, freezer, cooker) Good location, 18 min drive to Greater Yarmouth and walking distance to nearest beach There is theme park 5 min drive away Lowestoft town and beach 10 min drive
The caravan was not properly cleaned, dust, carpets in the bedroom not hoovered, wardrobes dusty and counter tops not cleaned. There is a poor network and we struggled to connect to the WiFi so was difficult to contact the cleaning team. Caravan has a lovely decking but it's not maintained (furniture dirty and bird poo e everywhere) so could not utilised fully.
