"A home from home in a great location."

It’s a lovely , characterful property in a great location. Mick met us with the log fire already on and it was just perfect for my sisters and I to have a really relaxing couple of days. The house is comfortable and well equipped and cosy for a winter visit. The nearby bistro/pub The Woodside, is a short stroll and has excellent food.
Nothing really but it wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues as there are lots of different levels and stairs in the property.

The house was beautiful. The house was comfortable.
It was difficult to contact the staff. The boiler was shut down and it was not clear how to put it on. The beds where a little small.

Excellent location in town. Bedroom in a tower is always a winner 😄. Plenty of room for a family stay. Beds comfortable.

Good location for exploring surrounding area. Spacious and well equiped. Good internet.
No parking (had to rely on street parking). Cold rooms - limited hot water, and difficult to dry washing. Information on how to use appliances and how to regulate heating/hot water could have been more accessible. I suggest all of this information be included in a ring bind folder
