There was no one to assist i had to look for my parking pay almost half an hour i had to ask security to help when i got on 3 rd floor security told me i have to wait for key no one evan helped with the bags when i got to the room o asked if theres dstv i was told theyl get back to me and no one did so my welcome was already unpleasant and that made ny stay bad i was in contact with no staff except security

A better welcome someone that could have showed us where is what and how everything works

One of the security is rude and insulting. Not friendly and no cleaning was provided during the stay. No extra linen was provided, the seating room table is old and broken, it's close to the road and taxi noise in the morning is worse

Clean & neat. Reception lady working on Wednesday, Thursday & today was so nice & helpful with our kids wanting to go to the swimming pool every after 2hrs thank you for gud service plz pass my appreciation to her

No chopping board, ironing board not in gud working order

The property is good but the service is horrible.

There were no sheets on our arrival and late when they were delivered the sheets were incomplete missing fitted sheets missing sheets, kettle not working, entrance to the balcony locked provided keys not working. Try to communicate on the what's up and booking. com app not helpful. I will not recommend anyone to la stay properties
